Monk meets a parody of Hugh Hefner. One of the key clues is an earring for one of the models - it's a regular earring, but the model 'doesn't have pierced ears'.

Later in the same episode, I noticed that the model is wearing earrings in her pierced ears. WOMP WOMP.
