I was listening to Stern this morning. There was a kid on by the name of Kyle Maynard. Here's a kid (I believe he's 18) with no arms and no legs. Or perhaps it's more accurate to say 'without standard arms or legs'. He's an athlete. Not just 'an' athlete - but a good athlete.

There's more though. He's happy. I don't mean goofy or high. I mean the kid is pleased with his life and the way that things are. He kept talking about how 'everyone has difficulties in life'. I don't know about you - but I'm impressed as hell. I think that I have a new hero.

Oh, and for the record? This is NOT something that I want forwarded. Please don't. I don't believe in those crappy things. Think this is something that someone should see? Send them here. Or perhaps better- send them to the kid's personal site: http://www.kmaynard.com

Yeah - he's impressive as hell - primarilly because of how spirited and just plain 'fun' he was. Good to see you stopping by, btw... ;)
