Sep. 18th, 2008 03:12 pmIt occurs to me that Big Business in America today is all about 'making it easy' for the customer. The easier a company makes the buying/using process for their customer, the more market share they will get. Often, this also means the more money their customers will pay. I know that I have personally been willing to pay a 'privilige tax' for someone else to 'just make it easy'.
This seems (at least on the surface) like a sad statement on us as a people and a country.
