Words can't express how sorry I am. I wish that there was something - anything - that I could do to make this better. She meant so much to so many and it's just not right that she's gone. If any of you need an ear or a shoulder - please don't hesitate.

It's amazing. I didn't know her personally at all, but I can see immediately the effect that the loss of her is having on all of you. I wish that I could do something more.
