Edit: Just so everyone knows the story behind this is simple. I've been really wanting an inversion machine for a loooong time. I believe it will really help me with a back that needs some work. The beautiful and always considerate xtingu bought me one for the holidays, and she, Quito, and shellefly teamed up to keep me in the dark while they set it up here at the house. I came home and found them, along with the machine, with a giant red bow on it.

I would really love to know how I got so fortunate as to have people like this in my life.

I've been thinking about this picture and giggling for days. and it's worksafe. it could have been so much worse.

How does one use an inversion machine? Do you just hang out in it upside down?
I used to have a flight of stairs in my old place in NJ that had no risers in the stairs (you know, those weird hippie stairs you can see through that make cats go bananas). I always thought this would be a good thing to hang upside down in.
