mrlichI just wanted to post a quick little PSA for all you folks who try to emphasize what you're saying in an email with multiple punctuation marks.
Do not.
When I read something like "Where are you?!?!?!!!!!!???" or "I need this installed ASAP!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE??????" it pretty much gets bumped to the end of my to-do list.
