How to Know Your Coworkers Drink Too Much

Yeah. So the bar that is on our campus is having a happy hour as an appreciation night for our company.

First hour drinks are free.

Second hour, they're a dollar.

Third hour, they're $2.

I find myself wondering what the numbers will be on an event like this. I know that they're serving well drinks and cheap beer, and that (in the scheme of things) that's not a lot of money, but still. Free drinks for an hour and way cheap for two hours after that.

Kinda scary.

When my old office moved in next to Chris's Jazz Cafe, they offered us all sorts of specials. They knew they had a window of time to get themselves (rather than any of the other places along Sansom St) established as our watering hole (and lunching) place of choice. It worked. Yes, some folks went to Oscar's and some folks went to Nodding Head. But a ton of folks are now regulars at Chris's.
