New Pho Place in Wilmington Area!

There's a new pho place near(ish) us! Pho Cali doesn't do a shabby job either! xtingu and I both had spring rolls and beef pho for dinner last night. While it was not life changing, it was certainly tasty, and I'm quote certain that we'll be back again. A lot.
