Okay - here's the idea:

A character portrait in under three hours. Full character - minimal background if any.

Here's the description I have for working with:

 "Caspian stands exactly 5 feet tall with long black hair tied back in a pony tail. His emerald green eyes seem to dance in the sunlight. He has pale skin with a slight greenish tinge. He typically dresses in greens and browns to remind himself of the forest. Lately, however, he has taken to wearing a set of midnight blue silk pantaloons and robe with a bright yellow shirt underneath. He also wears a heavy woolen, hooded cloak of a brilliant indigo, that is embroidered with suns, moons and stars around the hemline. The cloak was a handmade gift from the orphans after he made a generous donation to them the last time he was in town."
