Yeah... the clean lines are one of the benefits to re-tracing my sketchwork onto a seperate sheet. I find this process works pretty well, and is relatively quick, but not fast enough for some projects. Thus, when you see 'scratchy linework' it's (more often than not) becuase I was all about hauling ass and not about finished product. When I am looking for more refinement - I go ahead and re-trace.
